In ear headset
Headset is awesome...this is my second one...first one lasted almost 10 years...the new model is slightly different...new case is larger and prevents headset crushing damage...headset has longer/lighter ear unit wiring and much smaller ear piece (no large silver plastic section as in picture)...new construction is of exceptional quality...only drawback is no bag of multiple ear pieces for a custom fit

Wires frayed
Worked great for a couple years until the wiring fell apart. Now unusable.

Great Value
Overall this looks great and has a great price. Audio was clear and crisp. The AUX cord works great with my Android device. It does not interupt music for ATC transmissions, but you can turn down the music on one ear, which works for me.
Only negative is the thin wiring on the earbuds. -
In-Ear Headset
I've been really, really impressed by both the headset and CRAZEDpilot as a company.
-The build quality of the headset is really impressive and the accessories & case etc. are equally of high-quality.
- They represent great value and are significantly more cost effective than similar alternatives.
- I got them shipped to the UK - shipping did take a couple of weeks which was expected but tracking information was readily available throughout.
- The customer service has been really fantastic. I've been looking for an in-ear headset for a long time so they've received a few emails from me with questions and they've always got back to me promptly and helpfully. This level of customer service is something I thought I may have had to sacrifice given the price point of the headset but clearly not!
-Only thing for me to flag is that getting the fit right for these In-Ear headsets is really key and unfortunately doesn't work for everyone, so worth thinking about if you're in the market for one - that said, I can't fault CRAZEDpilot at all!
